will portflow inner valve springs be compatible with bc3+ cams?

Default will portflow inner valve springs be compatible with bc3+ cams?

this is all going in a stock type r head...thinking about swapping out the inner valve springs only when putting in my buddy club spec 3 cams...are stock itr retainers enough also?

Buddy ClubIII+ 11.2mm, duration 296@1mm 11.5mm, duration- 290@1mm
Integra Type R 11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm 10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm
On the exhaust the max lift portflow/itr exhaust springs are designed to handle is 11.5 so you are ok They can Hadle 12.5 on the intake. These words came straight from Tom's mouth

if you have yellows on the outer exhaust side, they will be fine.
