Getting head from Spoon or Buddy Club
Two options, I can't make up my mind. I hear good things about Spoon's quality and durability but it costs a grip. Then there's Buddy Club Spec IV, that I haven't heard much about. I'm looking for the most power and down the line, I need the cam shafts to handle boost.
Any suggestions?

The Buddy Club head package comes with Skunk2 Cams. I want to buy the Spec IV Cam Shafts then the rest of the head package. But if Spoon is better down the line then Spoon it is.

Spoon competes in endurance racing. Meaning Spoon parts are built for efficiency not huge power gains. All of the parts are balanced and weighted and blah blah blah. Basically extremely efficient parts close to oem specs.
So if you are looking for huge power gains on a turbo car, I'd say Spoon is not for you. But if you are looking for decent gains, and a scary efficient car, then Spoon is your answer.
Disclaimer_ I've never worked on a Spoon engine. I've never even seen a Spoon engine!! But I do read alot, and have been a fan of Spoon forever so.... take from me what you will, Im no expert.

So it wouldn't really help with a turbo? I mean, I've only seen one kind of cam shaft from Spoon.

The spoon cams are basically type r cams, its just that they have balanced to perfection. While they might be slightly different, essentially they will be similar to the type r's so to me they aren't worth the money.
I'd look into some type r cams if I were you. I know you didn't ask about them but they are pretty affordable and people make great power with them on turbo cars, reliably too.

You should probably be looking for better block internals than head internals if you're going to boost. A lot of people run high boost with a stock head just fine.

You don't need to do anything to the head on a Type-R to handle boost. It's already got good camshafts for it, strong springs and retainers and a good intake manifold.
What you're going to want to look into is either a really good tuner and some standalone (Hondata comes to mind) or a kinda good tuner, standalone and forged internals (rods and pistons).
If I may, I would also suggest getting a new headgasket and ARP head studs if you plan on turning any serious numbers as the compression in the stock Type-R motor makes a lot of heat even without boost. The combination of compression and turbo yields wonderful results, but requires some serious tuning.
If I were you, and I'm not, nor will I pretend to know what you do with your car, I would look into EF1.com's extensive all motor camshaft selection and valvetrain upgrades. PM Rocket on this board for specifics, as he is the owner and proprietor, and I'm sure he can get you set up with a set of cams that will get you another 25-30whp
