shifts perfect, it has a custom place racign shift obs which relocates the shifting cables so that they run under the car...

no H23's come no vtec in US but in japan they have vtec and non vtec
this block is a h23 non vtec block but if u use the search button you can put a h22 head on a h23 block to create a H23vtec.... but thats if you want to it comes with the car its just lying in my garage
