Default b-series intake manifolds

Aeho, im workin on my ls-v setup right now, i got a edelbrock victor x intake manifold, one of the more expensive on the market. researchin, i find that you get peak power between 7 - 10 rpms. I dont plan on spendin time like that in 10rpm ranges, i wanna keep my motor. u think its worth it with this intake manifold or anybody got a better suggestion 4 me?

It really depends upon the specifics of the setup. The Edelbrock manifolds seem to do best up high, but there are other manifolds that do quite well in the midrange. Do some research and find out for yourself.
