Like I say, I know the bushing of my rear engine mount is all crack and I can feel the engine pushing foward, especially went I lift my foot of the throttle... It also make a "tik" noise almost every time I drop the clutch in first...
I order the energy engine mount (bushing) and wondering if there is someting I sould know before proceed? Will it crack like a rear swaybar bushing? Do I have to lube something?
I own a 96 gsr
Any advice will be appreciate!

Yeah I heard it was a pain in the *** job... My uncle is the one who gonna sware hehe... But he's not familiar with polyurethane so... BTW, is it hard to fit the new bushing into the mount?
no its not hard the hard part is taking it out so
the inserts is the easy part....

The inserts just fit right in. The zip ties are crap, I have not even driven my car and one of them broke
The rear mount is a bitch!!!! You have 3 bolts that hold the mount to the sub frame, one bolt through the mount to the bracket and 3 bolts that hold the bracket to the engine. I removed all of the bolts and worked it out towards the driver side and down. Some people say you can just remove the bracket bolts and jack the motor up a little and slide it out, but I could not figure that out. Also i removed the heater hose to make a little more room, but you then have to bleed your radiator.
It sucks and it looks like it wont come out, but it will, you just have to work it.

i just remove the intake manifold brace. so that you can move the engine bracket enough to remove the mount

What zip tie? what for?
And BTW thanks you folks for your advice...
One more question... will it come out from under the car or by the "hood side" from under the IM?
I read that the easiest way to take it out was to make it turn (mount) once the bolt are away... I'm trying to figure that out!?

The inserts are two pieces and they have a zip tie that runs through them to help hold them in place. Only the front two do this, the rear does not have them. But either way they suck. Once i installed the inserts and one of them broke i just ran the best zip tie i could and made sure it was tight.

Well it's done! Like one say here, the rear mount is a BITCH. But with a couple hint that I read and your HT member gave me it wasen't as bad has I tought...
For guys that will do that upgrade and do a search, follow these step...
First make sure you got many tools a couple light and a lot of patience... Do your stretch...
Take off the intake arm and air box...
You got 4 bolts to take off...2 on the back, one in front of the mount and a long one that go through the engine mount... Once iit's done, take a rest and be prepare to sware...
Some take off the coolant hose that run over the mount but you'll have to bleed your cooling system after... The second way to do it is...
Loose the 2 fronts passenger side engine mount( making the engine drop a bit and put a jack under to hold it) to give you room enough to be able to lift the rear mount a bit (about 2 inchs) From the passenger side, reach the mount with you hand (under IM) and rotate the mount reverse clock, lifting it at the same time... Once there you'll have to flip it on the side and make your way through under the wires and hoses...
Pay a lot attention the way you take the mount off the braket cause you'll have to put it back the same way...
You'll feel like it's impossible to do but it is... Just breathe!!
Good luck
