Spark RAcing am I getting Fraud

The springs are all yellow, meaning stock springs?
I paid for Supertech valves from earl and sent it to them, got a broken ls head instead of a gsr head. Waited 4 months now got another head with a completly different valve train, How can they do this kind of mistakes, I called and told them to MAKE SURE YOU USE MY BRAND NEW PARTS.
WHAT DO I DO
