Brakes
need to replace the pads and possible the rotors on a 95 civic cx hatch. anyone got a link on how to or give me some help. whats the price for the parts? give me some info please.
Should of searched. There's a thread in my Sig on how to do them with disk brakes. Call around for prices tho, don't forget about the dealership a lot of time there the cheapest but I'd doubt it in this case.
There not all that bad to do really, pretty simple.

ill just toss in a quick how to...
take wheel off...take caliper off to replace rotor by undoing the 17mm bolts on the backside...take caliper off...rotor should be exposed...take that off by unscrewing the two screws youll see...do that with an impact driver (its the easiest) if its really hard to take out as its known to be...pull off rotor...sometimes it sticks and doesnt wanna come off...i just hit it with an open palm on one side of the rotor and it comes loose...do everything in reverse order...change pads by undoing the 12 mm bolt ON the caliper...pull off the middle portion of the caliper...it should swivel if u dont take off the other 12 mm bolt...replace pads and put it all back together

dont forget to push the puck back, you might have to turn and push i have to do that on the back of my girls 92 teg, was a pain in the ***, I had to buy a square tool with teeth on it to stick in my 3/8 drive and push at the same time
