Say i had a B16 complete motor. And i wanted to use the B18 block. Could i just switch blocks for what else would need to be changed. Or could i just replace all the internals with aftermarket internals? Thanks alot guys

 

If you want to use a b18 block and b16 head then that's pretty much LS/Vtec

but you will need the LS crank also.

 

keep the complete b16
