Default B18/B16

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE A B18C GSR HEAD WITH A B16 BLOCK? If you do. What does it run like? How reliable is it? ; is it a direct bolt on where your don't have to modify either the head or block.

its easier to get hold of a b16 block, all b16 blocks are arleady designed for a vtec setup. if i were to use a b18 ls block i would have to do a lot of work in setting up the oil lines. i want something where i can just bolt on and go.

I've heard about that build and thought it was a joke at first but from what I here it runs pretty decent but to most it just doesnt make much sense. I should be a direct bolt on.
