Can someone please tell me the difference between the 98+ Jdm and the 98+ Usdm door panels *besides the switches*

Is there a difference in the fabric insert?

There's no difference.

 

Some of the JDM panels came without cutouts for the tweeters. Everything else is the same.

I rocked the JDM panels in my R when I had my R for the sole purpose of keeping a clean look after removing all of the speakers for weight reduction purposes.

most didn't come with tweeters. mine doesn't have them.
