I have this thing when my car engages into VTEC sometimes. It seems to kick in and then out and then in again in a matter of seconds. It goes in and out of VTEC real quickly and I do not know how to fix the problem. Is my Selinoid clogged? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

its doing that with constant throttle pressure??? if so yeah cleaning ur vtec solenoid would be the first thing i would look at??? throwing any codes...check oil level...

 

Ya, the pedal pressure is constant when it does this. Also I get a code 43, 4, 16, 20. But it still engages into VTEC with the check engine light on. I just usually turn the key off and then the code never comes back on. weird

 

with that many codes, be happy it runs and ever even goes into vtec.
take care of the codes.
