TURBOOO POWAAA!!!
No seriously though, do some research before you ask these types of questions, the possibilities are endless. And by the way if you're going turbo, don't buy those headers, because you won't be able to use 'em.

How much would the addition of vtec cost if you have a regular ls?

Do an ECU reflash for what you have done. However, sometimes an updated ECU reflash/update can make your car run less efficiently (Because instead of bumping the horsepower up and still keeping decent gas mileage, you're going to make it so your ECU will recognize that you have more room to push out HP/gas, so you will have much lower MPG, however you will get full potential of your headers/exhaust/intake.) Also, if you ever plan on a turbo in your car, THAT is when you REALLY need an ECU. When you're doing bolt ons that add a total of 20 HP... ECU shouldn't be required.
Good luck man. BTW: I love that show.

You need a VTEC head. Find one, the junkyard is your best friend.Sometimes.
I think the Integra FAQ has something about LS/VTEC. But if it doesn't I'm sure you're not the first person to ask, so do a search.
"Yeah, there were horses and a fire and I killed a man with a trident!"
^I just saw your sig 2.5, that movie is hilarious.

You want to do a swap and just sell your LS motor. I can't imagine a VTEC motor would put you down more than $1,500-$2,000. And you could probably find a used one for a lot cheaper than that. Take a look in the classifieds.
