Anyone used this on a R. what kind of gains can I except. I heard this manifold will give you simaler gains as itbs. Is this true

 

i guess you just have to "except" the gains it gives you.......... not sure what you should EXPECT though

yes that's true. u should search more.. i had a thread on this manifold before..

as far as i know.. you have to have alot of engine Mod to put the CF manifold in good use
in stock like engine. it wont make too much gain
