i have a 97 civic with a b16 it shakes under heavy acceleration i was thinking it was the motor mounts but the front wheel bearings can also make it shake right??

 

axles maybe...whens the last time you replaced yours?

 

replaces them about 15,000 miles ago look fine very clean no grease anywhere on axles

 

just because theres no grease doesnt mean the axles not bad,alot of thing can cause vibrations on accel...like rotor have uneven surfaces, wheel balance, bearings, balljoints, mounts....about damn every suspension part. id check the axle just to make sure....are they new or reman'd?.... cuz reman'd axles sometime have problems with the inner joint...plus i think have a car to low might hurt em too

 

they were new im going to check my wheel bearing first and make sure anythings not lose

 

i'm having the same problem, i think its my wheel bearings. does your car make a loud noise when youre moving? at first, i thought it was road noise, but it got louder.
