i got a 95 civic 4dr... i have a sound system in the back...
i also have 16inch rims.. and 40 tires, i duno how much i drop it... cus i drop it with coilovers (cheap coilovers)
but there is no space between my tires and my fenders.
the front..the coilovers have like a little bit left.. but the back.. i dropped it all the way.. to the bottom of the coilovers.. i have been driving like this for a month.. and now im tired of my car being hella bouncy..
i am broke.. so i am only planning to spend around $200.. or maybe less or more..

Likely the reason the car is so bouncy is because of the cheap coilovers. If you want to get the ride quality back, get some lowering springs and some good shocks (any that you mentioned), and leave it at that.
Shitty coilovers = shitty ride
Shitty coilovers = shitty ride
i got tokico blues with shitt ebay coilovers on my VX hatch, 3.5 in. rear, 3 in. front
rides like a dream, and my boy said its rides better than my friends with $700 skunk2 suspension.

your shitty coilovers wore out your shitty shocks, get tokico blues, they are cheap and will work fine. Just dont drop it so much this time if you want better ride quality.

Lowering your car isn't usually for a better ride, it's for better handling at the track.
P.S. Skunk2 coils suck.
