Default What is this leak?

I am looking at a 95 LS for $3k (which is a great deal around here for the condition it is in) and the engine only has 2 leaks. The one is the cam seal which I know is easy to replace but the other is in the front left of the engine bay on which what appears to be an ABS controller. The whole area around it was greasy but not wet, the brake fluid level was near the high mark so I don't think this is a significant leak as least. Are the o-rings easy to replace? Do they usually fix the problem or does the whole "thing" need to be swapped out? And if someone could give me a price estimate on how much these parts will cost me (new from honda), that would be great.
A little off topic of my question, but a question none-the-less, at what mileage should the timing belt be changed? B/c if the car doesn't come with that documentation, or if the belt doesn't appear new that is something I want to replace ASAP b/c I imagine if it snaps the engine will probably break in some way.
Edit: When I left off the gas when I was test driving the car a heard a click-click type noise which I imagine is worn out engine mounts (130k on the car), could this be anything else other than the mounts(possibly ball joints)? If it is just the motor mounts I guess a poly insert kit would fix the problem.

90k for the timing belt and water pump while you are at it.

the click could be an axle going bad. I will post a link tonight about axles and what sound they make.

The poly kit will help. But you will get more vibration inside the car

If the axles click when I turn I'll replace them but first I think I'll try the bushings since I have a feeling that is what the problem is.

Here is some axle info i found interesting.

My old axles only made noise when i pulled away from a light, that was it. rest of the time they where fine.
