Default Wiring map sensor from 92LS IM to Type R thottle body map sensor

I am trying to figure out which plug goes where on my swap. I am useing my LS engine harness and I have a Type R IM. The type R has the map sensor on the Throttle body and the LS had it on the IM. The LS had a 2 wire plug to my knowledge and the "R" has a 3 wire plug. Unless I am getting the throttle position sensor and the Map sensor mixed up on the new "R" throttle body. as they both use the grey plug and they both connect right up to it. I am in a world of confusion over this. Some help would be fabulous.

I also have a gm 3-bar map sensor so do I even need to bother with the sensor on the throttle body. If not then what the hell do I do with the old LS sensor wires?
