CAT??? CHECK engine LIGHT!!?!
My check engine light is always on... i got it check.. and it seems to be the high flow cat... Is there a high flow cat out there that wont let the check light come on??
Would i loose performance if i installed the stock one back on???

The 5th gen ECU is very picky about cat efficiency. I have never seen a "high Flow" cat not trip the check engine light. Normally it will not come on right after install but after several days, or even weeks it will trip.
The 5th gen ECU also checks the cat efficiency vs RPM so a dumb O2 sim will not work either like it does on some cars. The only O2 sim I know of that will work and NEVER trip the ECU on our cars is (ECG Electroic O2 Sim.)
