Default what happens if o2 sensor is not on while on dyno

do i loose power or dyno marks different because they told me it runs richer and with it on could get more power

I'd like to know this too but it will throw a cel code and it's possible you will get more power from running richer

anybody clarify this?

I don't see how running richer is going to help you. If you're run too rich you're going to lose power, and usually that's what happens when you throw a CEL that's related to the O2 sensor; it runs the car rich as a safety measure.

computer will run in base mode and nothing will work right.optimal

funny we just did this last night on the dyno...at WOT car runs the same with o2 or not.. at idle it runs diff running too rich kills hp
