auto gsr cams vs maual gsr cams difference?
like topic says is there any differences in those to? i want to poss. order a jdm b18c gsr longblock from h.m.o but all the motors ive got from them were auto's jus wondering is i take the chance on getting an auto or not....

Not necessarly true. The auto B16's have different cams.

im not sure either lol , i got a b16a2 in my car now but i wanna get a gsr lonkblock but most longblocks i got in the past were auto's...
In Japan it was an option for an Automatic GSR. In America the only available slush boxes were in the LS, GS, RS. I dont recall the cams being different, but they very well could be. I know the redline is different from the Auto GSR to the Manual GSR. I dont know if they would of changed the cam profile. If anything the manual GSR would have more aggressive cams.
thanks guys for all your inputs..maybe ill jus order itr or ctr cams when i order the motor up...you guys think its worth going from a 99 b16a2 to a jdm b18c gsr ?
Yea, I think so. I just swapped a JDM B18C into my 95 LS. I think it was a great upgrade. I have ridden in a lot of cars with B16A's and I just like the 1.8s more. Just my opinion though.
well its goin to be goin into a 4 gen hatch.. but i posted in the integra forum to get a better response...so does it feel like it pulls better>? i will be using a b16a2 si tranny so...better gearing i suppose..
In my opinion, Yes the GSR will pull harder than the B16A. I think there is a huge difference but thats just me. I also ran a B16A tranny, on mine. I just sold it and ordered a brand new ITR tranny.
