headlights dim when i hit the brakes?

headlights dim when i hit the brakes?
I thought it was my battery or alternator, but i went to autozone and both checked out good still.
What else can it be?
When my headlights are on and i step on the brake, all my lights dim.

Don't believe Autozone.
I had a battery checked there and said it was good and must me the alternator. I went to a shop that specializes in electronics and they said the battery was bad. Got it replace and ran perfect.
I would go somewhere else to get it checked because it sounds like its the alternator.
