Default Car running very rich!

I have an 91 CRX with a B18a swap. The motor has been rebuilt with eagle rods, SRP 10:1 pistons, new rings, everything else internal stock. Have underdrive pulley, cam gears, intake, and full exhaust with DC Sports header. My problem is that my car seems to be running very rich. I don't see black smoke in the exhaust, but I have went through 3 O2 sensors in 3.5 weeks. When I put a new one in, I can drive about 3 days before I get a CEL code 43. The O2 sensor I pull out is solid black. Anyone have any suggestions??? By the way, I am running a stock PR4 ECU that came out of the same car as the motor and trans.

I just remembered that I have two PR4 ECU's. Both same year and motor cars, but one was automatice car. If I grabbed the auto ECU on accident, would this possibly give me a problem?

get a noid light to see if the injector voltage is pulsing, or you can use a long screwdriver or a stethescope to listen to the injector

The auto ecu shouldnt make a difference, other than if u had the auto ecu u would get a CEL that is auto trans related. I forget what code it is, but it does not affect the motor.
