Default swapping b7 to y8 intake manifold...

ok.. i dont want a z6 intake manifold..

tha y8 manifold i have.. only has tha iac sensor on it on tha back..
tha b7 manifold like tha z6.. has EACV, ta sensor, and a purge cut solenoid valve...

OK.. tha problem is.. i can replace tha iac with tha eacv..
but what should i do wit tha ta and purge cut valve?...

tha manifold itself on tha front.. next to tha pcv hose has a connector on tha END of tha hose.. it juss so happens that its a perfect fit for tha ta + purge cut valve.. but.. theres only 1... so which should i connect this to without having tha cel light blinkin...

everything else swaps perfectly.. i got y8 fuel rails and using b7 injectors...
any help is great... ive searched like crazy and nothing..

ill post live pics 2morrow.. i juss checked tha manual for my civ..
it says..
TA or Throttle Angle Sensor is basically a oxygen sensor "heater"..
tha Purge Solenoid is an "evaporative emission" control..
and of course eacv is for idle..

i guess.. its another custom job..
no1 eva tried doin this b4?

I believe the throttle bodies are the same size. So heres what ya do. Use the same TB you have now. use your EACV where the y8 uses the IACV. As far as your purge solenoid, run it where you can, onto some part of the y8 manifold. It should go on like the one you have now. Should this new one have one less port, get a T and some more 8mm hose and some clamps.

i tried it out today..
tha purge valve worked.. i drilled it to tha side.. tha ta sensor was wired to tha manifold.. tha eacv was tha trickier one.. i had to hacksaw a piece of tha manifold, and a piece of tha eacv to bolt it down.. and i added a piece of hose to connect tha pcv valve.. and it works juss fine..
but tha real prob was tha TB cable.. its too long...
