Will a VAFC harness work for a Emanage? I heard that its the same thing from some people or, it only needs some minor modifications to use.

Someones selling a used one for a VAFC. I rather get it than buy one from ADR or VTEC Frog. They want more $ plus your stock harness back. The whole point is I want to keep both so I can swap it off if need be. If I had to send the stock one in, I might as well splice it up myself.

 

can i ask why you never got AEM EMS? I know the whole emanage story, but i dont think i ever asked why you never considered AEM

Damn, I just bought a harness from ARD yesterday.

I dont need a AEM yet, I can make due with what I have.

 

AEM EMS + tuning would make your car run much better though

 

I wouldnt say much better, but im sure itll help a little more. Thats to say if I could find a good AEM tuner near me. Ive heard of AEM having its share of tuning issues. I'll use the emenage for now and see what I can come up with.

 

Jeff Evans is the best local by far. I don't think anyone is as good within a 6hr drive or more. Also, you may want to get an appointment soon. He is booked until mid july

The people at ARD performance dont know jack sht. they said my order was never recieved even though I got a confirmation email back. Than they say the emanage harness isnt available. They where trying to tell me that Greddy doesnt sell one and I need to splice it into my stock harness. I was like, "You friggin dumb fcks, thats why I need a harness from you guys so I dont need to splice plus you dont get the harness from greddy, its from VTEC frog." They where like VTEC who? "Um VTEC frog, the company has you down as a disributer." Now there saying their website hasnt been updated in 2 years
