not really. theyre too beefy to be any kind of helper spring.
looks like just two different spring rates = one lower spring rate.
i cant tell if any one of the two would coil bind to take advantage of the dual spring setup. but the marketing and advertising description seems pretty dumb to me.

I didn't see what they sold for but the description didn't inspire any confidence in me that the seller had the slightest clue of what was really going on, just hopes of selling it to someone with less of a clue than them.
Low end parts at low end prices are okay if you have low end expectations and you use them smart enough to not cause yourself any additional trouble.
