is my R too low ??
My suspension setup is Koni 5 way adjustables, set all the way up and Neuspeed Sport springs 2.5 drop ... Installed Ingalls kit and still hitting the fender and A arm ipoo pooing the top of the metal where the shocks mount in making a dimple....People say its too low and I need to go with a 1.5-2.0 springs...I dunno.... Anu suggestions...thanks
2.5" drop... hehe I'd say its low... If I were you I'd lower it 1.5" max.. Right now I have a 1.35" drop, and to me it is perfect, not too low and not too high.. I might be going for a 1.5" drop later, but no more.. Raise that bitch!
too low for autoxing
fine for daily driving
fine for daily driving
isn't there a thing called "POTHOLES" ?
how about Hills? hehe..
o well I think 2.5 is waay too much.. hehehe.. and here, during the Winter, it will be a SnowPlower too.. HaHa..
Looks cool.. but better be more practical there..

I will drop my R at Most 1.5... no more than that....

If you have the Neuspeed Sports then the drop cant be 2.5"! Unless you have adjustable perches??
Neuspeed states that their Sport springs lower the R only 1.75"F and 1.5" R. Even the race springs on lower 2.0" F.
Perhaps you have the perch on the Koni's too low? Are you sure they are on the stock position (upper notch on the front struts)? Maybe that is youre prob. 2.5" is DEF. too low for street driving.

I don't get it...too low for autocrossing? You can't be serious. By who's standards? Have you guys ever seen a shifter kart? LOL! Seriously...too low for what? If you're hitting bumpstops or the A-arm, you can fix that. Your car can't be too low for racing unless you're hitting something or you're restricting the function of the suspension. If that's the case, you'll need to address that problem. For street? What's the point of lowering your car for the street? So you can bottom out more? Hell, the stock ride height on the R is too low for street IMHO

if you had 20s on that bad boy, it would be too low, but damn, my brother's SI was slammed 2.75" and he didn't mind. It's up to you, not us.
i have the same set up but with racesprings. i measured the diff after lowering and it is a little over 3". my car is low, but no ridiculous. granted i have smashed my chin spoiler quite a few times, but that i the price you pay
mine is lowered 3 1/2 inches and i have no problems at all you guys are ****** for sayin 2.5 is way to low, it must be where i live but theres isnt anything that cant drive over on around or whatever my car is slammed out of its skull and still handles better than any of my friends cars
