Default some help needed asap

well after about 5 months, 3 diff. mechanics, countless help from ryan, peter, and the rest of the guys at rywire....my car still wont start....ive tried everything...at first i thought it was the wiring...nope i was wrong...i checked it for continuity...(the right way this time..went out and ought a cont. tester)...all the wires are right..one of the mechanics told me it was the dizzy coil....bought that brand new...nothing.......then they said it could be the module....bought that brand new....nothing...then i bought a new rotor, dizzy cap, spark plug and wires...nothing...got the engine checked out to make sure it was swapped in right...and it was...the injectors are working checked those for continuity and used the voltimeter on it...they work....swapped ecu's thinkin that could be it....nope that wasnt it either....im thinkin of buying a new dizzy...but i mean the only thing old in mine is the housing..i have still yet to get sprk to the spark plug wires too..after basically buying a new dizzy part by part...im pretty frustrated...its d16z6 in an 89 dx hatch...the harness was done by rywire so i know its done right...someone please help...and dont say..."go buy new dizzy"..lol ive heard that a million times from a million diff ppl....and i tried putting an ob2 dizzy on (i know its slightly diff. but i made it fit.) and my friend's perfectly running z6 dizzy too and nothing..also theres fuel goin through the fuel rail..fuel pump works and all the electrical stuff works too....WTF could be the problem....

ok, couple of dumb questions, but it looks like you have all the smart things taken care of, and all thats left is just something thats right in front of you.

is the wiring harness ground to the thermostat housing?

are the plugs seated correctly?

if they are seated correctly, are the pins seated correctly? i know you can touch them with a continuity tester, but are they making contact when you plug them in?

don't buy a new dizzy if a known working one didn't work.

so, you went obd1, are you running a p28?

i didn't see it in your list, but did you replace your crankshaft position sensor?

well, just throwing out ideas, but is your starter good? i mean, does the car turn over and just not catch? does it turn over at all?

charge your battery too, or at least check the voltage with a multimeter. i am in the process of doing the same swap into the same car (and yes ive got issues of my own) and i couldnt get it to start until the old battery had a bit more juice in it.

Does it turn over? Have you checked the main harness ground to the thermo housing? sometimes it will pull back into the harness and you will forget to hook it back up. Good luck

I'm also having the same trouble you are having, but with a B16 swap...I'm still f-ing frustrated, I too have no idea what the problem is. I hope you get it running!

did you hook up the ground from the valve cover to the headlight housing? there are also 2 sperate plastic plug things with metal brackets on them that need to be screwed into the fender walls. they have a bunch of wires going into them and a metal bracket to ground all of them, and there is one on the right side and one on the left side that have to be screwed in. both of those i guess are rather obvious, but, just throwing them out there too.

You say it cranks but won't turn over?
