Default people with shaved doors

have a 95 civic and just wanted to know where you put the actual popper? thanks

What I would look for is a flat surface that allows the tip of the "popper" to sit square up against the door, BTW what kind of "popper do you have, the conical spring or the lever type, don't forget you can mound the "popper" on the door also, the best "homemade" ones I have seen where on a Civic, the customer had found a set of conical springs, made mounts for them so he could mount them over the doors pin switch's, he cut down the pin switch so when the door is closed so is the pin switch, and when the door is open so was the switch, it worked very well down there. 94

do you have pics??

I just took my door panel off... where can i put the solenoid... its a big 50lb one.. do i hook it to the vertical line from the door handle or the horitzontal line from the handle (inside the door ..the metal rod that conects the handle to the opening mechnism
