Default Weird Spoon Flywheel?

hey guys
this guy is selling a spoon flywheel ..

can anyone tell me what those three things are on it ?



any help would be much appreciated..

it could be the weight taken from the wheel to balance it? Its just a guess.

^^yes, thats how they balanc the flywheel. instead of adding weight like they do on rims, they take weight of by drilling a small part. thats normal

Yup, i concur. perfectly fine to have. (your crank pulley has them too)

location says sydney, so i'm assuming its metric system, and not standard sytem or measurment.

thats normal.. you should also see a spoon insignia aswell? but maybe they stop doing that..
