yes someone has done shifter console to armrest. you can put it in but wont line up with stock shifter console

one of my friend had the ex armrest in his 98 ek and it fits perfectly.. so any1 got ex armrest that dont used that wiling to sell?

wow i love it. im goin to the junkyard an getting some plastics. i did the crx dash in my ef cause i like the center console.

Speaking from experience, EK cup holders suck. I was told that the early EK cup holders are better, my cousin has a '98 EX, don't know if that counts as early, but the cup holders in that suck.
You can get the little plastic insert for them though. I have one. The cup holders still suck.

Optional audio console and coin/cupholder dealy from a early 90s Ford Taurus, which fits in a DIN slot. I need to find one for myself, but that's the best solution I have come up with to get cup holders and a console in an EG.

I found a ek console for $10 at the junk yard and it was mint ....i just installed it today and managed to keep the little storage compartment in it by doing some creative cutting
