Need help with installing EK shifter console and armrest into EG Nor cal bayarea
I have searched through archived and I can only find two threads talking about this issue but none of them really showed a detail instructions (only pictures). My problem is I can only drill new holes near the rear end of the armrest to make it fit into original mounting locations and nothing I can do with the sides of shifter console and where the shifter console and armrest meet. I can't hold these two points securely. I find the shape of the sides of the EK shifter console are much wider than the EG one so I can't get it intact with where the screws used to go in. Please for anyone who has done it, please help me out. If somebody near me could help me to install it , I will buy you a lunch or dinner..
Thanks
Thanks

get the mounting brackets out of the EK I dont know if that will help but you might be able to drill and tap holes for the mounting brackets then and have everything mount up right just my .02 cents
