Default Rear traveling arm bushing????

I found out that it was cracked yesterday when doing the brakes.
That sucks........car is only at 71k

so where can i get the replacement bushing and how much.
i checked at autozone, they sell the Energy Suspension bushing, the red bushing in the picture.

My question is, does it come with the metal thing inside it also or do i reuse the old one??

Anyone had any experience in replacing this before?

just buy am oem one from honda, they cost $54 or so. IF you search the board people will tell you to stay away from non stock rear trailing arm bushings because they don allow for full movement. Also it is reported the mugen ones are basicly the same as the new stock ones.
