what if I got the JDM 4-1? Im only running 1 of the sensors right now, do I really need it? I aint gonna weld up another bung cause I heard stories of them coming up *** up.

Yep you really need it, don't skimp on something like an 02 sensor.

Yes you really need the 2 o2 sensors, and you should have 2 bungs welded into the appropriate runners and not use the single bung after the collector.

I've got an AN-R compact and have decided to tap 2 bungs as opposed to trying to split one signal, but its all twisty and crap...so I will try to nail it down to 10-12 inches. They go on the first 2 primaries (drivers side) correct?

I have the same header
check this post all the way at the bottom, you want you o2's to read off 1/4 and 2/3 and have the appropriate wires run to the ecu

No, we are saying run 2<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by b16_ef »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I've got the obd0 b16a in my civic with a dcsport manifold and i only have 1 O2 sensor and everything works just fine. Whens the last time you hooked up a wideband to your car ? Yes the car might seem to be running fine but unless you know what to look for ( running rich or lean ) you will never no
Do it right the first time, or pay in the long run.

seriously do it right it cost me 25 bucks to get the bungs welded up....honda intended there to be 2 sensors, run 2 sensors.... but this brings up a question, many ppl say if u bog, then switch the pins at the ecu, i just switched the o2 sensors themselves. i thought this was the right way to do it cuz u add the 2nd wire at the ecu, and i did it according to hasports directions meaning theres no way i could have switched them up at the ecu, but couldve switched up the sensors themselves. does that make sense?

what do u mean by a wideband??? i got an a/f meter in my a pillar..and it always reads all the way rich...not to mention that my car runs super STINKIN rich...it might have to do with vafc as well but i think its mainly from the single o2 sensor...
u should see the tips of my exhaust..haha its clackened all the way till the end and even around the outside of the tips

Wideband, as in wideband o2 sensor, set you vafc a zero and get both 02 sensors hooked up in the right position and wired correctly, its the only way you will fix the problem
