I have a 1993 accord that I recently wrecked and put back together and put new struts and springs in. now when im driving over 25mph and turn my wheels in either direction I hear a rubbing noise that sounds like it is coming from center of car and not from the wheels. I am not sure what I might have done wrong but it was not doing it before I put the new struts and spings on.
