Default what is a p08-2 head?

my buddy has a p08-2 sohc vtec head and we are not sure which head it is(z6,y8,vx, jdm d15b). i searched but could not find a definite answer to this aside from the usual "it's a soch vtec head" kind of answer which i already know. any info or links to help me out would be great. If anybody knows specs and/or differences in the head from other heads i would love to know these specs.
Thank you for any help,
Aaron

P08 is the head off a JDM D15B sohc vtec motor. I do not know what the "xxx-2" is there for, but p08 is D15b vtec head. Very similar to a D16Z6 head but has more aggressive cams from what I read. The head with the 'silver' valve cover is 95+ and the black valve cover was on pre-95 models; both are pretty much the same.

http://asia.vtec.net/article/d15b/ thats some more info on the D15B.

also, D15B is jdm sohc vtec
D15B7 is the USDM sohc "DX" motor as far as I know.

p08's are the casting for z6 and d15b heads. this one is a 1992. im not sure how to check which one it is..maybe take the cam out and measure the profile, cause they are different

Wide VTEC lobe =D15B, Narrow VTEC lobe = Z6.
