Aim your headlights themselves downward....There are 2 adjusters on each headlight

Reflector housings like the preludes etc, the cut offline will be poor and there will be stray light going all over the place which can glare oncoming traffic. HIDs for reflector housings isnt recommended IMO.

Yea I had the same exact problem with my 98 prelude, had to angle it all the way down with the adjusters. Its still pretty bright but not as much.

The best way to fix this problem is to put Projectors into your headlight housing

does anyone have a write-up on how to install those projectors into the 5th gen headlights? Also, which would be the best fit as far as the projectors are concerned.

Do a real retrofit. I saw a writeup for 5th gens on either preludeonline.com or hpoa.org

you could also get a casper shield and block off the underneath of the HID bulb ... search on HID forums, they have usefull information there.
