how much has this helped people in thier numbers from thier ep3? got stock internals, injen cai, race header, test pipe, dc cat back? Would this be a next step?

If you plan on stayin NA then ya the reflash is your next step. Dont know exact number but expect around 10hp/tq increase. hondata.com has exact figures and dyno charts.
