may be the european spec for the SOHC ZC because the DOHC ZC in europe was called the D16A9... just a thought
but then I didn't think they started the "Z" d-blocks until the OBD-1 spec... so kinda confused on that. Do you have a picture of the block stamp?

It is a 90-94 UK Honda Concerto EX motor, SOHC 1.6L Non-vtec, Was used with a catalytic converter, 9:1cr. I imagine power wise about the same as a SOHC ZC or A6.
If you got a 5 speed tranny with it heres the specs on that:
1st: 3.250
2nd: 1.894
3rd: 1.259
4th: 0.937
5th: 0.771
Reverse: 3.153
Final: 4.43
