Still can't get my car to run!Cranks up like a champ,then give it some gas and it dies.Sounds like i'm choking the damn thing when i give it gas.Going to try to find my ECU ,see what code it's giving off.Not exactly sure where it is?Also going to go ahead and replace the cap and rotor,see if that changes any thing.It's on my to do list any way.Well if you got any suggestions fire them off.

Swap the TPS and the MAP sensor plugs. They are the same shape... Just try it.

 

sure the fuel pumps not got a dodgy connection, run it straight through as a test.

 

you gas filter is full of poo poo maybe

 

change th efilter first it maybe that or teh tps

 

it could also be that your car is outta time...

 

be like me and kick it a couple times.......it might work for the car since it works for tvs

 

could be fried plugs..poor fuel/air balance..top O2 sensor..or vacum leak

 

check ur distrubitor wiring.. Im for sure that could be the prob .. cuz thats what happen to me.. i said i was 100 % sure i was right. but i wasnt.. if one wire for the sensor is off. ur car wont even start. it will crank but wont start..
