ITR ecu(or ITR Program), stock fuel injectors and stock fuel pressure for break in?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Good idea.
You dont want to run into lean problems by being dumb and running a single cam ecu prog, and you also dont want to run a 'skunk2' or 'mugen' prog and wash down your cylinder walls.
Keep your fuel pressure stock and get a close to stock ITR or GSR program and dont **** with it until the rings have seated.

ic...cant i put on the 310cc injectors, fuel rail, and fuel press reg...but set my fuel pressure to stock setting..till i break it in and tune it...i do have a fuel presure gauge.
If you have a chipped ecu, you can use ITR maps and "calibrate" them for 310 injectors. I might add a little more fuel, just to be safe. Other than that, get it to a dyno ASAP, break it in right and get it tuned.
Alright, what about breaking-in the motor on the dyno?
Because on my setup, I sold my stock injectors, and I went with RC 370's on my current B16.
Would the ITR ecu run way too rich with the RC's that it won't allow the rings to seat properly?
And if so, would D16Y8 injectors work alright, or not?

No, if youre on the dyno you should be able to calibrate everything so the cylinder walls dont get washed down. This guy is just running a 'chip' though.
