I have a 94 del sol with the b16a3 turbo im moving to north Dakota in a week for summer. so if there is any tuners in ND or if anyone knows some one that I can get ahold of down there it would be greatly appreciated.

There are a few guys in Winnipeg who run Hondata. We are 2 hrs N of Grand Forks.

 

they tune hondata or use it?
