Default Cylinderhead Question

I have been told that once a Honda head has overheated and blown the headgasket, the head is ruined. The heat changes the structure and I should just get rid of it and find another head because it will continue to blow headgaskets.

Is this correct?

as with every car there is a good chance you warped the head when it overheated... sometimes you can have it machined flat...

Aluminium heads warp easy, remove it and check it with a straight edge to see if its warped.

Actually, the better way to do it is to have a machine shop magnaflux it; which completely overlooks the entire head. I have to do it to
