well for starters, theres no such thing as obd0. On Board Diagnostics began in all hondas in 1992, with obd1.
PRE-obd or the absense of OBD which is given the slang term "obd0" is what we call a first generation b16 ecu, either PR3 or PW0... as well as any otehr honda ecu 1991 and older.
if youd like to check which one you have it can give you a clue as to which car the b16 originally came from, either the CRX SiR or the Integra Xsi, both japanese cars.
Youll find that on a sticker on the side of the ecu itself, under the carpet on the passenger floor, on that ecu youll also find a red LED in the center, looks like an evil eye. this is your new best friend, whenever you get a check engine light, the led blinks to tell you what the code is, BUT if you shut off the car, and turn it back on, and the code goes away, its not stored anywhere... which is why OBD was created really, so mechanics could have a chance to find intermitent problems with vehicles, by the ecu itself storing the code. it was also an atempt to standardize the diagnostic plugs used by testing equipment, but every car marker used a different plug anyway, buts thats veering a bit off topic...
dizzy is slang for distributor, which is what your 4 spark plug wires terminate at, to be found on the left side of the engine head, above the vtec solenoid. it regulates the spark of the engine and sends the signal to your guage cluster to tell you what RPM you are at (tachometer), amoungst other functions.
thats about the rundown.
