then you dont need upper strut bars in the back and front?

that's two different types of mod...

sways make sure your car has less bodyroll...
strut bars make the car have less bodyflex...

I know very little about suspension. whats the difference? I know with body roll the entire car shifts to one side during a hard turn, but when does the body flex?
