What is the difference between Obd0 and obd1,obd2 B16 manifolds?

What is the difference between Obd0 and obd1,obd2 B16 manifolds?
are there any differences in performance between each other? Or are they all the same? i just recently put a obd0 manifold on my obd2 motor? It had a TypeR throttlebody on it and it was portmatched to the T/b. For some reason it feels slower and it wastes allot more gas. What do you think? Is it the older IACV? or could it be the TPS is not adjusted correctly. Post what you know and what you think
