Default car acting up

what do you guys think is wrong w/ my car. I had a b18b installed a couple months ago it was throwing a cel code 41 and I fixed it. The car is sputtering/bogging and hessitating during acceleration, once it gets a little high in the rpms its fine. I thought it could be my spark plugs but I changed those out and its still doing it. Only thing I can think of is fuel filter or fuel pump maybe. I'm still using the dx fuel pump.

I'll probably try the fuel filter and timing first cause they are cheaper.

Probably not... try checking ignition/valve timing and the basic tuneup (cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel filter, decarbon) first before you start worring about replacing more major parts.
