Scammed by Vicious LSD

Bought these pedals from him. Sent him paypal immediately and waited patiently for a response. Finally he reponds after a couple of days and says he shipped them out. I wait about a week and still no pedals. Send him a PM and he tells me his girlfriend sent them out but she didnt put enough postage on the package which is totally bs. Then he apologizes and i actually think hes going to ship them out this time. To this day its been about a month and still no pedals and no reply. Deadbeat pos. Its not that much money but its the principles. Buyers beware. I will purse this issue until i get my pedals or money back. Like i said $25 bucks isnt a lot of money but i work hard and to be scammed by some punk kid is just stupid.
