Need Good Tuner In ATL, GA
Well I called Balance and I think Ed was giving me some **** where it's gonna take at least 3hrs of tuning or some bullshit like that.
I don't have Vtec controller or Hondata but I do have uberdate, don't know if that would work??

I have the ability to tune Uberdata or Crome. I run SRZ RACING. We tune LOTS of local cars with Crome or Uberdata. Datalogging, wideband, launch control, dynojet etc. got everything you need. Johnzm is my in house tuner
$50/HR on the street
$100/HR on the Dyno
Other competent shops that can tune are
Knowledge Performance - Mainly Hondata, Power FC
BatlGround-Mainly EMS, and other systems
I dont Like Eds tuning , i wonder why Turbo cars make 100 less whp in GA and all motor cars make 20 less whp compared to everyone else in the country?
Also to the guy that said dynapacks are the best , wtf are you smoking. No dyno is Superior to another IMO. Dynojets are more accurate from what i have seen, dynapacks always read higher to much higher than a dynojet. A dyno is a TOOL to use, lets not start a debate about how dynapacks>dynojets or vice versa

uggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......
:sigh:
dude. first things first, it's my job to find competent tuning shops for a certain manufacturer's tuning program......
i have a little knowledge about dynos my man, there is no IMO involved below-
#1. you cant tune part throttle through the tps range on a dyno jet; there is no debate here....the momentum of the roller inhibits this. If it was a roller dyno with eddy-current setup, like certain mustangs, than you would be able to tune part throttle.
#2 dynapacks DO NOT read higher OR lower than dynojets; it depends on how the dynapack is configured; Church's in CA reads high, Evans in PA reads low...it does not matter as long as the tune comes out perfect throughout the rev range and throttle position
#3 there are no traction issues on a dynapack; no ******* straps or a bunch of goons sitting in the hatch of your supra like that with a dyno jet or mustang
#4 you can accurately tune part throttle on a dynapack unlike a dyno jet
#5 the consistency from run to run on a dynapack is incredible
#'s 6-7-8 a dynapack can be mobile (carried in the bed of a pickup), saves more space(stored in the corner of a shop), and can be easily configured ANYWHERE for any car unlike dyno jet or mustang.
there is no debate here...
big ups to Knowledge Performance
PS- the link in my sig, was run on a dynojet...but tuned on a dynapack ; )

This hasn't been my experience. He is a conservative tuner for sure, there is always more to be made but at what cost. Hell, he did Team Mazda's cars (which cleaned house) , tunes the race engines for Porshe's factory team. I have watched him tune on damn near any form of engine management available in the world. Also, I have been there twice when he was tuning Battlegrounds Supra for them....? I didn't know they tuned. Not to take anything away form anyone, but the man does know his stuff. Competition is always good. I'd love to come by one day and see what you guys have going on. Open on Sat?

I think your making a Blanket Statement about how Dynapacks are better than Dynojets, im simply stating your wrong.
theres positives and negatives to both, i think your statement that "They use a dynapack which is IMO the best tuning dyno avail" is a little deceiving, but its your opinion.
Oh and my statement about ed, he is a GOOD TUNER, however im not impressed with most setups locally. just my opinion. he HAS made pretty good power on several cars, but for the most part im not impressed.
plus hes $165/HR
but lets not start a flame war. Theres plenty of shops who can tune locally, i have given my responses.
