Can anyone with a helms manual tell me what the blue wire with silver blocks on the drvers side of engine bay is for. It was cut in one of my freinds cars, and I can't find the other end. It is bundled with all the wires that go the connector right there, or down to the alternator wiring connector. We just put a motor in his car, and it's overheating right away, not really sure why right now, just trying to tie down all of the loose ends.

I'm going to go out tonight and see if I can figure out the overheating at all, but I really would like to have the info about the wire so I know whether or not I can disregard it for now or not. Anyone, help me out?

 

Overheating gone, but still does anyone know about the wire?? No one has a helms manual? I know, I'm a lazy bastard too, and I wouldn't want to look, but I don't want to buy a book for one wire on one car, when this model/year is obviously not my specialty. Little help?
