Default help! is it worth it?

ok here is my situation:
I have a 00 si with SRI, Headers/Exhaust, NGK Plugs, and I have cam gears comming. My question is, if I get some 330 fuel injectors, skunk2 intake manifold, and skunk2 throttle body, how much of a gain will I get? I dont plan on tunning, if I dont have to, becaue no one around here tunes. Is it worth it? If not, any suggestions? Thanks,
Cam

id say itd be a minimal gain if it isnt tuned right. not only that but the injectors will only pump as much as the fuel pump will pump out and the rail and regulator so without upgrading that and having it tuned it prolly wont run that great. im in the same bind right now and getting everythign together b4 i put it all on so i dont run into any tuning problems and im sure someone on here can help you find a tuning shop around your area.

I live in Mason City, Iowa, and I assume the closet shop would be Minneapolis, MN, or Des Moines, IA?? If I got it tuned, whatwould I expect?

Uh, if you don't tune injectors that are 40% larger than your stock ones, your motor will be receiving 40% more fuel than its supposed to and you will cause serious damage to your engine.

no reason to get all that if youre not going to tune... especially the injectors... plus if you dont tune you are just shortening the life of your motor... so if that sounds good to you then i guess its worth it
